Return Policy

Rental Returns

All rented event decor items must be returned on the agreed return date and time. Late returns may incur additional fees. Items should be returned in the same condition as received, accounting for normal wear and tear.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations require 24-hour notice before the scheduled rental date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Damage and Cleaning

Customers are responsible for returning items clean and undamaged. Excessive cleaning fees or repair costs may be charged for items returned in poor condition. Normal wear and tear is expected and acceptable.

Inspection Process

All items are inspected upon return. Any damage or missing items will be documented and discussed with the customer. Charges for damage or loss will be communicated promptly.

Refund Policy
